This Privacy Policy explains how Next Season (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our sports league simulator at Next Season.

Accounts & authentication

When you create an account, we collect your email address and basic profile information to authenticate you and manage your session. Authentication is handled by the Base44 platform. You may also sign in with a third-party provider such as Google, in which case we receive only the information that provider shares.

Your league data

The teams, leagues, seasons, games, and customizations you create are stored in your account. Next Season uses row-level security so that your league data is isolated to your account; other users cannot read or modify your private leagues.

Payments

If you subscribe to Commissioner Access, payment is processed by Base44 Payments (powered by Wix). We do not store your full card details; payment information is handled by the payment provider. We store a record of your subscription status so we can enable your paid features.

Analytics

We may collect anonymous usage analytics to understand how the simulator is used and to improve it. This data is not tied to your identity where reasonably possible.

Data retention & your choices

Your league data remains associated with your account for as long as you use Next Season. You may delete your teams and leagues at any time from within the app. To request deletion of your account, contact us.
