Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Next Season, a browser-based sports league simulator. By using Next Season, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and may not share your account in a way that violates these terms.

Your content

You are responsible for the teams, leagues, and other content you create. You retain ownership of your content; you grant Next Season a limited license to store, simulate, and display it as needed to operate the simulator for you.

Commissioner Access & payments

Commissioner Access is an optional subscription billed monthly. Payments are processed by Base44 Payments. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel at any time from your account settings, and access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds, where applicable, are handled according to applicable law.

Acceptable use

You may not use Next Season to violate the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers

Next Season is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Simulation results are generated by our engine and are for entertainment purposes only.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
